GREG LONDON MOVES HIS SHOW TO THE HILTON
“Greg London, Impressions That Rock!” has been a mainstay impersonator show at the Riviera since last June and it will move to the Las Vegas Hilton's Shimmer Cabaret starting Jan. 31.

P.J. Clark's will open itsfirst West Coast location on Saturday, Jan. 8 at The Forum Shops at Caesars.Founded in 1884, P.J. Clarke's is a saloon with a rich history and known for its classic hard liquor cocktails.
MARQUEE NIGHTCLUB & DAYCLUB OPENS AT COSMOPOLITAN
Nightlife impresarios behind destinations such as TAO and LAVO will open the Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan on New Year's Eve. The monumental 60,000-square-foot, David Rockwell-designed venue will encompass seven bars that transition patrons between three lavish rooms and variant musical experiences.
British sensation “Florence and the Machine” will kick off the pre-grand opening with an invitation-only event on Dec. 30. Acclaimed global superstar DJ Erick Morillo will begin his residency with the club's grand opening on New Year's Eve, and American sensation Kaskade will headline the New Year's Day party.
The Main Room has a 40 foot LED DJ booth and projection stage surrounded by plush coliseum-style banquette seating and two dance floors. Overlooking the main floor is a library-style room lounge experience accentuated by a fireplace, a billiard table and vintage books. There's also the lower level Boom Box Room with Strip views and a separate DJ.
Marquee will debut the Dayclub portion of the venue in early spring.
DJ AFROJACK HAS RESIDENCY AT ENCORE IN 2011
The premier nightlife and daylife venues at Encore will join together in 2011 to introduce an exclusive residency with Afrojack, one of the most celebrated deejays in the world. The two separate management groups, operating Encore Beach Club, Surrender Nightclub and XS Nightclub, have developed a partnership to keep this artist exclusive to one property for the entire year. Afrojack will start at XS on Monday, Jan. 3 and at Surrender on Wednesday, Jan. 5.
Afrojack's most recent single, “Take Over Control” featuring Eva Simons, is currently one of the hottest club anthems across the world. The track also hit No. 2 on Beatport and has already reached more than 1 million views on YouTube.
MANUFACTURED SUPERSTARS LAND XS/TRYST RESIDENCY
The Manufactured Superstars are the first entertainers to land an exclusive DJ residency at XS and Tryst, the nightclubs at Wynn and Encore. The residency will start on New Year's Day at XS, with 25 additional dates split between the two venues over the next year.
The electronic music duo features Brad Roulier and Shawn Sabo. They are best known for mashing up popular electro, progressive, house, pop music, and several other genres of music, to make every track unique to their performance. Both Roulier and Sabo are founding members of the industry leading electronic music portal, Beatport.com.
WEEZER PERFORMS TWO ALBUMS AT HARD ROCK
Multi-platinum, Grammy® winning alternative rock band Weezer will bring “The Memories Tour” driven by State Farm® to The Joint at the Hard Rock on Friday, Jan. 21. But, unlike other markets, Vegas fans will see the band perform two of its classic albums -- their triple-platinum 1994 debut “Weezer” (aka “The Blue Album”)and 1996's follow-up “Pinkerton” -- from start to finish. Weezer recently inked a deal with leading independent label Epitaph Records. The new studio album entitled “Hurley” released on Sept. 14 marked their sixth consecutive Top 10 album release as it entered the Billboard 200 at No. 6.
GOLDEN NUGGET HOSTS TUACA BODY ART BALL
Serving as the kick off to their national tour, Tuaca Liqueur will bring their eye-catching Body Art Ball, which is a choreographed stage show featuring painted performers illustrating the transformation of the human body into a canvas, to the Golden Nugget on Jan. 5.
Produced by Dallas-based Chris and Candy Productions, visual artists convert performers into living, breathing works of art for a show presented to music and synchronized lights. The creators of the body art are abstract, airbrush or tattoo artists. Performers include the likes of Liinda Garisto, choreographer from Canada's “So You Think You Can Dance” and Lead in “Stomp It Out;” Viktoria Grimmy from the recently released feature film “Burlesque;” and “American Idol” Season 7 finalist Nina Shaw.

ROCKHOUSE HOLDS BEER PONG TOURNAMENT
On Tuesday, Jan. 4 at noon, Rockhouse on the Strip will give drop-out beer pong aficionados the chance to compete in a second chance tournament, “The Rockhouse Cup,” to win $5,000 in cash.

New Year's Eve options in Las Vegas are endless. The biggest crowds will be out in the street watching the free midnight fireworks on the Strip and downtown.
Some folks may want a view. The VooDoo Lounge at the Rio on the 51st floor will hold its Sinful Snow Ball hosted by Playboy model and professional wrestler Taryn Terrell, ring name Tiffany, with contortionists, burlesque dancers, the VooDoo Dolls and live music ($50 -$200 packages). At the top of the Stratosphere, there are early and late seatings in the 360° rotating Top of the World restaurant, a party in the Level 107 Lounge featuring live music by Afterglow, a rockin’ party on Level 108, and a VIP party on Levels 103 and 104. Grammy award-winning hip-hop artist Nelly will host a bash at HAZE Nightclub at ARIA ($150). The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio will feature British hip-hop sensation Jay Sean ($150).DJ Loczi will premiere “Electric Dream” at Studio 54 at the MGM Grand, which will incorporate videos and projections of the club's iconic guests, live musicians, aerialists, wall-climbers, dancers and surreal special effects.
Tommy Bahama's Restaurant & Bar at Town Square will offer a four-course dinner, champagne, live music, a logo shirt for men and beach bag, umbrella and scarf for the ladies ($150).
Maybe seeing a show is your pleasure. The Pearl at the Palms will have a special 9 p.m. performance by rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars. This will be the band's triumphant return after bringing home a Video Music Award for Best Rock Video ($75 and $125). The Eastside Cannery will have Kool & the Gang performing at 8:30 p.m. at the Casablanca Event Center. B.B. King's Blues Club in The Mirage will present dinner and show with B.B. King's Memphis All-Stars and Grant Garland Trio ($85). The Cannery will celebrate with a 10:30 p.m. show starring Society of Seven featuring “American Idol” finalist Jasmine Trias ($44.95).
Mandalay Bay's “Block Party” willinclude entrance into Mandalay Bay Beach where FOX will be filming “New Year's Eve Live” hosted by Emmy Award-winning TV personality Nancy O’Dell ($50-$75). The legendary Grandmaster Flash will be spinning New Year's Eve at the Island Bar in the Palms starting at 10 p.m. and there's no cover. The Gold Coast will feature The Mark Band in the showroom from 9 pm. to 3 a.m. for a two-drink minimum. Meanwhile in the Arizona Ballroom, the Gold Coast will hold a Noches Calientes Latin Dance Party ($15). Another Gold Coast option is $25,000 New Year's Eve Bingo at 10:30 p.m. for a $50 buy in. The Orleans will hold a New Year's Wonderland Dance Party in the Mardi Gras Room from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. ($50).
TBONES AT RED ROCK INTRODUCES T-TIME EXPERIENCE
Tbones Chophouse & Lounge, the chic steakhouse at Red Rock Resort, has launched a new lounge experience aptly named T-time with 50 innovative food items offered daily from 5-7 p.m. for just $5 each and a live piano player. CLASH FRIDAYS DEBUTS AT RAIN NIGHTCLUB

BELLAGIO HOSTS ‘POKER's ULTIMATE BOTTLE TOURNAMENT’
The Bellagio has partnered with the Charity Case Foundation, a philanthropic group of California winemakers, to create a Jan. 28-30 charitable event, “Poker's Ultimate Bottle Tournament.” The poker tournament's entry fee is $2,800 and prizes will be large-format bottles of wine including Hundred Acre, Far Niente and Joseph Phelps. When the winner is determined, they will become “Poker's Ultimate Bottle Champion” and earn a 24k, three-ounce gold bracelet donated by Monex Gold.
CANNERY COMMEMORATES ELVIs' BIRTHDAY
The Cannery is bringing back its ever-popular annual “A Celebration of the King's Life” with special performances by Johnny Fortuno, The Stamps Quartet as well as close friends and co-stars of the late superstar. This event commemorates Elvis' birthday with a concert on Jan. 7 and 8. Admission is $10 at the door.
Other special guests will include Sonny West, Elvis' personal friend and bodyguard; Cynthia Pepper, Elvis' “Kissin’ Cousins” co-star; Darlene Tompkins, Elvis' “Blue Hawaii”co-star; Steve Christopher, DJ with “Elvis on Air;” and other surprises.
The Cannery Row Buffet will participate with a special section featuring Elvis' favorite foods such as deep fried pickles, ham hocks, and potato and cheese soup. Other activities taking place throughout the weekend will include memorabilia and fan club displays.
CHEF KELLER STARTS THIRD SEASON WITH VEGAS PBS
Celebrity Chef Hubert Keller will begin recording the third season of his cooking show, “Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef,” on a new set at Vegas PBS in January 2011.Chef Keller has a five-year deal through 2015 to record his culinary series at Vegas PBS for national television distribution.The series will feature 26 half-hour episodes taking viewers step-by-step through his recipes.
In addition, Chef Keller is a regular on “Top Chef” where he has been featured as both judge and contestant. He has written two cookbooks and will publish his third in 2012.
Hubert Keller's latest epicurean experience, Fleur by Hubert Keller, is now open at Mandalay Bay. The restaurant features contemporary décor along with a newly designed menu.
Due to sold-out performances “Jabbawockeez,” the world-famous dance crew, have added two extra 9:30 p.m. performances of “MÜS.I.C.” at the Monte Carlo on Dec. 28 and 29 and a New Year's Eve matinee show at 4 p.m. on Dec. 31.
“Divas” at the Imperial Palace will be performing at 8 p.m. from Jan. 2 through Sunday, Jan. 23. The show returns to its regular 10 p.m. show time on Monday, Jan. 24.
Studio 54 inside MGM Grand will host the official UFC 125 after-fight party with Gray Maynard on Saturday, Jan. 1. Following the rematch against Frankie Edgar in the MGM Grand's Garden Arena, Gray “The Bully” Maynard will party with friends and fans in VIP style at the nightclub.
The Platters, The Cornell Gunter Coasters and The Marvelettes show, which performs nightly at the Crown Theater at the Rio, will be dark Jan. 3-16.
The Cabo Wabo Cantina at the Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood will host a viewing party for “UFC Fight for the Troops” on Saturday, Jan. 22. The event is free and open to the public starting at 6 p.m.
