All restaurants are reviewed on a totally objective basis under a strict, consistent set of guidelines. Although LVLG may occasionally accept invitations to review a particular restaurant, visits are always, strictly unannounced and anonymous, so that the unsuspecting restaurant is entirely unaware at least until the very end of the dining experience and often until the review is posted here. Dining party size is generally two adults unless noted otherwise in the individual review.
