The Imperial Palace's "Hawaiian Hot Luau" is in full swing as this summer heats up. Every Tuesday and Thursday, the authentic poolside luau kicks off with a conch-shell greeting, a lavish buffet of tasty delights and all-you-can-drink Pina Coladas and Mai Tais, before Rozita Lee's "Drums of the Islands" treats you to a fabulous Polynesian show complete with the famous fire-knife dance.
