A special "Howdy" to comedian Mac King whose record-breaking show at Harrahs Casino - Las Vegas has been extended for 3 more years! Comedy and magic truly go hand in hand at this entertaining, highly interactive afternoon show. The laughs begin at 1 and 3 pm daily and a ticket won't tap into your gaming budget.

Best bets for loungin' around town this week are:

At Mandalay Bay, the Island Bar features vivacious, talented and newly-wed Christy Bryant. She and guitarist Mike Cassie tied the not a couple weeks ago and their personal harmony has put their band into a newfound Rock 'n' Roll Heaven. Great classic rock tunes as well as the latest in contemporary Top 40 sounds.

Luxor presents Groove City every night but Mondays. This is one of the best bands on stage and the party just doesn't quit. From 70's disco, Motown, old school and new school, this band can mix it up like no other. You can't help but get your groove on here.

New York / New York presents their signature performers, the Dueling Pianos of Times Square that put on an interactive sing-a-long, dance-a-thon, every night from 8 - 2 am, and until 3 am on weekends.

Paris Hotel has two wonderful venues for entertainment. There's Napoleon's for a jazzy cocktail with The Tommy Thompson Project and Le Cabaret where the people "Get Down" with the awesome sounds of Cat Daddy.

Bellagio presents Dian Diaz, Jimmy Hopper and Rocco Barbato in the Fontana Lounge. If your thing is more classical piano, Petrossian Lounge is the place for you and Baccarat Bar presents piano / bass jazz duos nightly and daily.

The Venetian has a beautiful lounge that showcases some of the city's best lounge performers. From hot Latin rhythms presented by Copacabana or Joy Ride to the R & B grooves of Back Street, La Scena Lounge rocks from 4 pm until at least 1 in the morning.

Ballys has a superb pianist / vocalist in Doug Taylor who performs nightly in the Indigo Lounge.

Caesars Palace has nightly entertainment in The Galleria Bar starring crooner Andrew James. You'll think you walked into Frank Sinatra's living room as you relax and listen to the uncanny sounds of this unbelievable singer. The Ghalib Ghallab Experience performs 5 nights weekly in The Terrazza, and there's something sexy goin' on in the Shadow Bar that just might be of interest as well.

No one has more going on than Harrahs with nearly round the clock entertain-ment in three lounges and at least four main room attractions. The Rockin' Carnival Court, La Playa Lounge, The View Nightclub at The Range Steak-House, comedy by Mac King in the afternoon and The Improv at night, Skin Tight and headliner extraordinaire Clint Holmes.
