Stratosphere Hotel & Casino is proud to announce their new Dueling Piano Show. The fun begins at 9 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (opening June 13th) with drink specials poured by their outstanding flair bartenders and the most right-eous and outrageous tunes performed by the Strat 'O' Kats. These wild and crazy guys (and sometimes girls) rock the Crazy Armadillo Lounge with more songs, roasts and toasts than a Friar's club. The oyster bar is close by too, and what's better than a tequila shooter with a Blue Point chaser! Oh, my gosh, stop the world I want to get on! There's lot's of great times to be had at the Strat, with Images Cabaret presenting terrific bands, fabulous Celebrity Tributes performed by The American Superstars in the main showroom and the romantic music and ambiance of the Top of The World Lounge & Restaurant.

Andrew James in a tribute to the Golden Era of Music (Las Vegas style) will perform from 9 - 1 am at the JW Marriott Hotel formerly the Resort at Summerlin on June 7 and 8. His remarkable voice is reminiscent of Frank Sinatra, but it doesn't stop there. There'll be tunes by all your favorite crooners and you can dance along with the romantic memories and nostalgic melodies as if we were back in time. Don't miss solo performer extraordinaire, Bobby Dickerson, in the Round Bar performing from 7 pm nightly. He's a one-man groove machine with a quick wit and a quicker left hand. (dark Sundays)

Thanks to the Sahara Hotel for the wonderful press party and especially for bringing Charo back to her home at the north end of the strip. Her new production, "Bravo", is a high energy, action packed extravaganza with dancers, comedian Sammy King or The Apollo Brothers juggling, the aerial adagio of Cees & Cathy, flamenco dancer Pablo Pizano, and as if that's not enough, we have our headliner, Charo! She is as beautiful and energetic as in her performances of twenty years ago and the talent displayed in her guitar solos is extremely moving. Her comedic skills are as strong as her musical prowess and her "Cuchi - Cuchi" ain't too bad either. Call the Sahara box office at (702) 737-2515 for reservations. (dark Thursdays)

Here are some more happenings for this week:

Loveshack (70's & 80's dance music) performs at Texas Station every Friday and Saturday night from 10 pm with special Celebrity Skin (90's show) on Thursdays.

Ghalib Ghallab Jazz Experience - performs at Caesars Palace in the beautiful Terrazza Restaurant & Lounge. From 6 pm nightly Tuesday - Saturday, come here Celine Dion's favorite jazz trio and enjoy fine dining and fine wines. The Groove City Band can be found on the Barge or in La Piazza this week.

Vocalist, Brian Duprey along with accompanist Billy Stevenson hold court each Wednesday through Sunday at the Galleria Bar also exclusively at Caesars.
