The Showbar Lounge at MGM is the larger than life venue presenting high energy contemporary musical acts under the amazing dome that also houses Studio 54, Las Vegas' most exciting nightclub. Appearing this week, its Panama, a Top 40, variety band covering the latest in Rock and Dance music. You can see them from across the dome where people on stage look almost like ants, until you look behind them at the Jumbo-trons where they look twenty feet tall! The reality is somewhere in the middle but their repertoire and talents are huge. They switch instruments like a whirlwind tornado and each member rocks as wild as the next. Don't miss Panama at MGM. Groove City - The best R & B band in Las Vegas performs Wednesday through Sunday at The Las Vegas Hilton with great songs from Earth Wind & Fire, Temptations, James Brown, Shaggy, KC & The Sunshine Band and many more. Yellow Brick Road - The #1 Classic Rock Band in Las Vegas performs every Tuesday night at the Sun Coast and every Friday and Saturday night at Boulder Station. From Led Zeplin to David Lee Roth, Kansas to Boston, Frampton to The Who, no one can do it better. Bobby Dickerson - Solo entertainer extraordinaire, with a soulful approach performs 7 - 11 each Sunday through Thursday at JW Marriott Golf and Spa Resort (formerly the Resort at Summerlin) in The Round Bar. |
