Construction has begun on the $100 million Laughlin Bay Marina, which is a 32-acre endeavor and the largest major development project in the town since Harrah's was completed in 1990. The first phase will cost $35 million and should be completed and ready for boaters by the spring. It will provide 110 boat slips, launch ramps, dry storage, repair services, a clubhouse and ultimately 240 townhouses by 2005.

"The Unsinkable Molly Brown," Debbie Reynolds will lead off the month appearing at the Riverside, Nov. 4-9. Tickets are $32.

She will take audiences on a trip down memory lane, presenting timeless songs from her Hollywood career and doing fun celebrity impersonations. Reynolds career started when she won a beauty contest at the age of 16. From there, she starred in MGM films and was even nominated for an Academy Award.

The Oak Ridge Boys will follow, Nov. 12 -16. Tickets are $ 32.50, call 1-800-227-3849. They will hold a press conference that will be open to the public on Nov. 12 at 3 p.m. in front of Don's Celebrity Theatre and it will air live on "Jammin' Country."

The Oak Ridge Boys will perform three decades of their classic hits, such as "Bobbie Sue," "Ain't No Short Way Home" and their platinum hit "Elvira." The quartet started in 1943 in Knoxville, Tenn. singing country and gospel music. Over the years, the group has had more than 30 members.

Play the Colorado Belle's Holiday Cash "Spin & Win" to claim a share of $60,000 in prize money beginning Nov. 2, through Dec. 23. There are two games of Holiday Cash "Spin & Win" each evening at 6 p.m. at the property's Grand Staircase.

Players earn drawing tickets when they join the One Club and while playing their favorite casino games. Each day, two drawings will be held to play "Spin & Win." When players' names are drawn, they'll win a collectible "Santa Bob" bobblehead and pull a Holiday Cash envelope from the "Spin & Win" drawing drum. The envelope will contain $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100.

Next, they'll spin the "Spin & Win" wheel, a prize money multiplier, to find out how much prize money they'll take home. Prize money will be 10, 15 or 20 times the amount of the cash in the envelope.

On Saturdays and Sundays, One Club members wearing special Santa hats will be randomly selected to receive "Holiday Cash" promotion envelopes filled with cash, room comps, food comps or double point certificates. Active One Club players receive Santa hats at the Colorado Belle One Club booth, where details are also available.
