With 70 percent of the $550 million Linq project committed, the first tenants reveal an eclectic nature to the attraction-ladened, non-gaming development currently under construction between the Flamingo and Imperial Palace, which is being renamed The Quad. Caesars Entertainment is going after the Gen X and Gen Y demographics with this new outdoor destination.

Dining options will include a branch of Yard House with existing locations in Town Square and Red Rock Resort, and The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, which used to have a location inside the Rio. Other restaurants will include: Chayo Mexicano with indoor-outdoor seating; pizzeria Flour & Barley; Asian themed F.A.M.E., which stands for food, art, music and entertainment; Off the Strip Italian bistro; and throw in Sprinkles, a cupcake and ice cream chain making its Las Vegas debut.

So far the retail scene will feature Bella Scarpa, a women's shoe store chain, KOTO, a unique gift shop, and Ruby Blue with women's accessories already and an outlet already at Mandalay Bay named Ruby Blue.
