With five Grammy Awards, the 1994 Female Vocalist of the Year Award from the Academy of Country Music, multi-platinum sales and 13 top ten hits, Wynonna is a lady at the top of her career. She was recently nominated for the Academy of Country Music's 2003 Humanitarian of the Year Award and filmed her third and final episode of CBS's "Touched By An Angel," where she reprises the popular role of "Audrey."

The "Country Music USA" tribute show running through Sept. 21 at the Riverside offers a salute to a variety of country artists including: Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Patsy Cline, The Judds and Tim McGraw. Tickets are $22 for the daily except Friday night shows.

At 5:30 p.m. on performance days, members of the cast do a 15-minute free "mini" show in the event area of the South Tower.

The world famous "Les Folies Bergere" licensed by Folies in Paris is the longest running production show in Las Vegas history and it will appear in Laughlin for one night only, Thursday, Sept. 11. "Les Folies Bergere" has never appeared anywhere outside of Paris except at the Tropicana, a sister property to the Ramada Express.

Audiences will be able to enjoy the costumes, dancing, music and comedy at a level rarely seen outside of Las Vegas. The troupe will include showgirls, dancers and comedian, Geechy Guy.

The weekly Monday Night Football Bash in the River Palms Bermuda Club will kick off on Sept. 8 at 5 p.m. Nevada time. Harrah's has re-launched the popular QuickPick Cash promotion offering guests an opportunity to win cash and prizes as well as a 2004 Volkswagen Convertible Beetle.

Through Oct. 5, guests may earn entries for the daily 5 p.m. drawings, and the drum is emptied each evening. Daily winners will be invited to participate in the Nov. 13 final drawing where they will redeem their QuickPick Ticket in an effort to match the winning numbers.

Five daily winners have a chance to choose from five key chain pouches. Each pouch contains an invitation to return for the final drawing on Nov. 13, a two-for-one ticket to "The Earl Turner Show," an invitation to the WinterFiesta Slot Tournament (which includes two complimentary nights stay between Dec. 7 and 11, and one free entry into the tournament), and a QuickPick ticket that's given on Nov. 13. Each daily winner also receives bonus Reward Credits in one of the following amounts: 600, 700, 800, 900 or 1,000, and they are added to the winner's Total Rewards account within 24 hours.

Daily drawing entries are earned in a variety of ways from simply checking into the hotel to gaming. Entries may also be obtained by sending a request postmarked by Sept. 24, along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Harrah's Special Events Department. Limit is one request per envelope per day.

Daily winners will be invited to return on Nov. 13 to participate in the 4 p.m. grand prize drawing held in the Hacienda Grande Ballroom. First they must activate their QuickPick tickets between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Fiesta Showroom. At 2 p.m., a Bonus Drawing will be held in the Fiesta Showroom giving 10 players a chance to win an additional 50 QuickPick tickets. Players who have activated their QuickPick tickets are qualified for an opportunity to win the 2004 Volkswagen Convertible Beetle in the 4 p.m. grand prize drawing.
