The Ferris wheel would be a big undertaking. As many as 512 people would be able to ride in 32 cars at one time, with 16 people in each. Each car would be 24 feet wide by 18 feet deep and 12 feet tall with a full, handicapped-accessible bathroom, stocked beverage bar, fire suppression system and car attendant. The cars would feature video cameras and have Internet access.
