Laughlin has agreed to support the powerboat racing series for the fourth year in a row as title sponsor. The 2002 Laughlin Formula One P.R.O.P. Tour presented by Bud Light will begin in Laughlin with Laughlin River Days, June 1-2.

Headquartered in Lake Hamilton, Fla., HYDRO-PROP combines Unlimited Hydroplanes, the biggest, fastest racing boats in the world, with Formula One, the most versatile, fastest accelerating and fastest turning boats in the world. HYDRO-PROP events are held throughout North America and are the only forms of Professional Powerboat Racing televised on ESPN2. For more information visit www.hydroprop.com.

The Edgewater is featuring a tribute show, "Rock 'N' Roll Legends," in their events tent in the parking lot. The show highlights a young Elvis and the Vegas Elvis, two more tribute artists and a live band. Show times are 7 and 9 p.m., Tuesday-Sunday, and tickets are $9.95.

In "Rock 'N' Roll Legends," Dean Z plays Buddy Holly and the Elvis Presley of the '50s. He has recreated these two legends from London television to the Las Vegas Strip.

Lance Lapinski takes over the challenge of the one-upmanship attitude that made Jerry Lee Lewis famous. When Lewis burst on the 1950s music scene, he began his naughty reputation and exhibited his edgy behavior. His historical performance on national television when he set his piano on fire set the tone for the flamboyant lifestyle he has lived on and off stage. Lapinski daringly attacks the piano and his lyrics in an equally aggressive manner.

Denita Asberry is responsible for the soulful sounds of Tina Turner and creating the artist's famous leg moves. Her resume includes a part in the MGM Grand's show "Heroes of Rock and Roll."

Johnny Edwards brings the Las Vegas jumpsuit Elvis to life. Edwards placed in the top three out of 400 Elvis impersonators in the "What's On" magazine awards in Las Vegas and starred in a production called "All Shook Up," which featured Elvis from four different eras.

The Ramada Express will host the Great Bluegrass Festival, May 13-16, and feature the music of Crucible County, Arizona Tradition, Flinthill Special and The Lampkin Family. A barbecue dinner will be served for $5.99 per person at the hotel's outdoor Victory Plaza. Attendees must be 21, call 1-800-343-4533 for reservations.
