Copperfield, whom the New York Times calls our era's giant of magic, once again has new illusions and one is Lottery. He is always charting new territory. During each performance, Copperfield transports himself and a member of the audience from the stage to a deserted island on the other side of the planet. Within seconds, travel is complete and they are seen on a live satellite uplink at their chosen destination. Unbelievably, they are wearing the items of clothes, carrying the personal mementos and holding the signed photograph that they collected from the audience before they left.

Over the years, Copperfield has done network television events, worldwide tours, and a Broadway show that set box-office records, been featured on the covers of Forbes, Architectural Digest and Esquire, performed seven times for presidents of the United States and been inducted into the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame.

Magician Nathan Burton starring in Wayne Newton's 10-part Sunday night reality series The Entertainer on E! is undertaking his most provocative stunt yet: 1 Magician, 7 Showgirls, Sealed in 1 Box for 7 Days. Burton will tackle the life-threatening stunt where he will be suspended in mid-air in the Desert Passage in front of the V Theatre at the Aladdin from March 9-15. He will be accomplishing this feat sandwiched between seven sexy, scantily-clad showgirls without food or water and with only an endless supply of energy drinks.

Upon completion of the seven-day challenge, the glass box will be transported under heavy security to a Hollywood network television studio to be opened before a live national audience.

Newton's reality series featuring 10 entertainers will culminate with the winner becoming a headliner with a $1 million contract to star at the Las Vegas Hilton. Burton is currently starring in V - The Ultimate Variety Show in Desert Passage at the Aladdin and has been a staple performer in Las Vegas for the better part of the decade, performing everywhere from Caesars to The Venetian.
